In 2001 a woman and her family took a chance and opened the first Pho Saigon in Oxnard, California. Cindy's family always believed she would excel in the restaurant business because of her passion and spin on family recipes. Recipes that would become the foundation of today's menu.
Pho Saigon moved to Port Hueneme in 2007 and is run by Cindy, her husband Oanh, son Jimmy, and daughter Karen. Their flavorful dishes, full of fresh ingredients, aren't the only things that keep the customers coming back. It's the wholesome vibe and welcoming atmosphere that reminds patrons of "Mom's home cooking." Pho Saigon is proud to share its Vietnamese culture and serve the community one bowl of Pho at a time.
